I have a document which has a working function, this document is loaded into a div container by an ajax request, however when I try to use this function I get a function not defined error, the function is called like this

onchange=”myfunction()”
myfunction() is defined in an external document called by ajax which makes the function not defined in the current document, how can I call this function that was loaded by an ajax call?

Could you just tell me how to load images using AJAX (i am using asp plz dont tell me php)
Q: what I really wanted is that after hovering a particular text in a division, I want the corresponding image to be displayed in the target division which is on the right hand side of the hovered text’s division….
Please help me I have just messed out this thing may be its easy but it seems difficult for me because I am new to Ajax.

I have 2 sites on the links in gallery and video\’s…
The gallery ofc holds images and text… But something fail\’s on it… And the videi\’s is contaning my flashplayer but that aint displayed either… Maybe you can help me figer out what is wrong…

Hey greate script love how it works… But can I get it to not only get text in to the div tag and maybe get bouth thumbs + text or maybe even a falshplayer I have made… Got some problems with it at the time…

Using XHConn made the multi DIV solution come quickly. Google and download it. I then just created a function to extract the filenames and DIVs listed in the onclick event to run repeated Update calls.

I solved (for me) the multi div problem by using a very efficient helper application: XHConn.js that handles all interaction with the server. It\’s a simple little script but makes your coding a lot easier. It\’s available at:

Then I just used the approach discussed above, create a function that calls each of the div changes one after the other. But unlike what was noted here, i was able to call the same Update function–did not have to create getdata2,getdata3…

Here\’s the script I used, again, incorporating XHConn.js.
